Information We Need
In order to best serve you, we will need certain information provided to us. To avoid problems and ensure that we are providing you with the correct parts, please provide us with information regarding your vehicle such as Make, Model, Year, Engine, Automatic or Manual Transmission (with or without overdrive), Delco or Auto-Lite electrical system, Manual or Power Steering, Carburetor, Single or Dual Action Fuel Pump, and any other relative information you feel is necessary to give us. We also require your billing and shipping addresses, daytime phone number(s), and an email address if you wish for us to contact you via that method.
Exchange & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item, it may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If, through our error, we supplied an incorrect part, it may be returned at any time. We will rectify any errors as quickly as possible. The item must be returned postpaid, in unused and saleable condition. A copy of the invoice and a note explaining the reason for return must be included. Shipping Policy
We generally ship orders after a 1 business day in-house processing period, although some orders may ship the same day, and some shipments may be slightly delayed. Shipments within the USA are primarily shipped via United States Postal Service with the options of Parcel Post (5-9 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Occasionally, UPS may be used as a courier, in which case a physical address is required as they do not ship to Post Office boxes. Shipping charges are best determined using our online shopping cart, but mail orders within the USA can add 15% (minimum $6.00) of the order total to cover shipping charges. All orders outside of the USA should utilize our online shopping cart when placing an order as it will automatically calculate the shipping charges to your location. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International (air). Please note that foreign customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery. When in doubt, give us a call to verify shipping charges.
Sales Policy
Items in our catalog and advertisements are new replacement parts unless noted otherwise. They may be New Old Stock, New Production, New Old Replacement Stock (aftermarket), or rebuilt if noted. Because of this, the items may not look exactly like duplicates of the original part, but they may appear to be or come very close. They are guaranteed to fit and function properly.
Prices & Payment Policy
All prices contained in our catalog and advertisements, as well as availability are subject to change. While we try to maintain competitive prices, our costs can sometimes change with little or no notice. In addition, part numbers, specifications, and descriptions of products can also change at any time and with little or no notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Payment can be made by Check or Money Order in U.S. dollars, as well with PayPal, www.paypal.com, which allows you to pay via most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as straight from your PayPal balance or bank account. Core Deposits
The purpose of a core deposit is to ensure the return to us of good, rebuildable parts. Your core deposit will be refunded when we receive your complete, rebuildable core. Core returns must be postpaid, and include a copy of the original invoice. Please compare your core to what you receive, and make sure it is complete and assembled when returned. No credit will be issued for damaged, broken, disassembled, or incomplete units.
Liability
The seller, Willow Run KF Parts, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or fitness for a particular purpose, and Willow Run KF Parts, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. Your sole remedy for any claim will be the refund mentioned above. You understand that we will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages suffered in connection with the purchase or resale of any product.
